Francesco Bongiorno is a pianist, drummer, composer and music producer. He studied classical piano for ten years at the “V. Bellini” Conservatory in Palermo. Starting from the age of 13, he participated in five national piano competitions, winning first prize in each of them and obtaining three scholarships. These successes allowed him to continue his studies for two years in Rome with Professor Giuseppe La Licata (piano teacher at the Rome Conservatory) and with Bruno Canino. In 2014, as a composer, Francesco wrote and produced the soundtrack for the short film U Juornu Avanti (broadcast on Italian national television). In 2018, he composed the soundtrack for Le Stelle non hanno Padroni, followed by the musical production of the Italian film Famosa in 2019 (directed by Alessandra Mortelliti, granddaughter of the famous Italian writer Andrea Camilleri). In 2024, Levi Silvanie's song Keep Moving, entirely produced by Francesco Bongiorno, won the prestigious "Best Song" award at the New York International Film Festival, the IndieX Film Fest in Los Angeles and the World Film Festival in Cannes. In 2011, he graduated from the Amsterdam Conservatory, where he studied drums and piano. He has played drums and piano all over the world in prestigious venues such as the Meraviglioso Modugno Show (Rai 1), the Caribbean Sea Jazz Festival (Aruba), the 15th International Oud Festival (Jerusalem), the Jeonju Int'l SORI Festival (South Korea), Visa For Music (Rabat), Bimhuis, Concertgebouw, Tropentheater, Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ (Amsterdam) and many others. In 2016 he began composing and producing electronic music under the pseudonym Loose Keys, publishing with some of the most important labels in the electronic dance music scene, including Revealed Radar, Blanco y Negro, Warner Music and Soave.
