Luigi R. Gargano
Born and raised in a small town of Southern Italy, Luigi R. Gargano began studying music at the age of five. He studied piano and saxophone and then graduated with honors and special mention at “G. Martucci” Conservatory of Music in Salerno. He attends several masters and courses with the guidance of some of the greatest piano colossus such as Aldo Ciccolini, Bruno Canino, Leonid Margarius and many others, always standing out for his technique and high expressive skills. He also started his career within different Jazz bands that led him to perform in numerous remarkable events that allow him at the same time to improve his ear and his musical improvisation technique. At the age of 17 he approaches electronic music and fascinated by this new world gradually manages to establish itself by demonstrating originality and great compositional gifts quickly distinguishing himself both as a producer and as a DJ with several performances in some of the most renowned clubs in the world. So we are talking about a complete artist continuously evolving who naturally moves among different genres, from the classical to jazz, from fusion to electronics, always mixing new repertoires and daily experimenting new ideas and influences.
