Noirepolde is the solo project of Prague based neoclassical composer and pianist Václav Benda. He combines contemporary piano music with modern samples, classical violin & guitars for a fresh take on the genre. Influenced by classical greats such as Erik Satie & Frederic Chopin as well post-rock & electronic music, his minimalist composition style results in a melancholic combination of solo piano and atmospheric soundscapes.
